Welcome to SriCandy. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website www.sricandy.com and our mobile app (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing our Platform or placing an order, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Information

SriCandy is a registered business in Singapore with its registered address at 80 Changi Rd, 03-25 Centropod@Changi, 419715 . All references to “we,” “us,” and “our” in these T&Cs refer to SriCandy.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing our website, mobile app, or placing an order through our Platform, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, please discontinue the use of our Platform.
1.3 Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be posted on our Platform, and your continued use of our Platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform and purchase products. By using our Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2.2 User Obligations:
You agree not to use our Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our Platform through hacking or other means.
2.3 Intellectual Property:
All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SriCandy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Platform without our prior written consent.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Product Information:
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the information is error-free, complete, or up to date. If you receive an item that differs from the description on the Platform, please contact us at cs@sricandy.com.
3.2 Order Acceptance:
Your order is an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.3 Pricing and Payment:
All prices listed on our Platform are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in SGD. We accept payment via PayPal. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have been authorized by the account holder.
3.4 Taxes and Duties:
Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or other charges that may apply to international orders. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or charges as required by your country’s customs regulations.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Times:
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Orders within Singapore are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, while international orders may take 15 to 25 business days due to customs processing.
4.2 Shipping Restrictions:
We do not deliver to outlying islands, Jurong Island, Tuas, and Airport. If an order is placed to these restricted areas, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
4.3 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination and weight of the order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified in a promotion or offer.
4.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments:
While we take care to ensure your order reaches you in good condition, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Please contact us if your package does not arrive, and we will assist in investigating the issue.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
5.1 Return Policy:
We do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong item was delivered, we will provide a replacement of the item on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at cs@sricandy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
5.2 Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges for different sizes or styles. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size before placing your order.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Warranty:
Our Platform and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Platform.
6.2 Liability Limitation:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SriCandy shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our Platform or the purchase of products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to these T&Cs or your use of our Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
